Both ELP Solicitors and Arbuthnott & McClanachan were specialist law firms who represented their clients in the areas of estate agency, conveyancing, wills, powers of attorney, and executries. ELP Solicitors’ Employment Law Practice was also well known for providing specialist employment law advice and representation to employer and employee clients.
